I cannot recommend Kiesha enough! Her rates are very reasonable, and the level of care she provides is exceptional. She has some of the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in a long time: kind, compassionate, attentive, and never makes you feel rushed. One of the things I appreciate most is her accessibility. Whether through in-person visits or telehealth appointments, she makes getting care convenient and stress-free. If I ever have questions or need a refill, she’s incredibly responsive and always gets back to me within moments. Finding a healthcare provider who is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in their patients can be difficult, but Kiesha checks every box. I am so grateful for Keisha!  After 8 years of trying to find answers to my health issues, she diagnosed the problem immediately.  Within the first month of treatment my symptoms were almost eliminated.  I wish I found Keisha sooner. Kiesha was very thorough asking questions and listening to my concerns regarding all hormones- thyroid and HRT. We discussed sleep and diet. She adjusted what I was currently taking which helped my sleep and energy.  Kiesha went more in depth than my PCP and GYN were willing. I wanted to wait a few months before submitting my review. Ignite was Recommended by my boss, at first I was not thrilled about dealing with another facility. When I had my initial start, I submitted as much of my medical history, exams, bloodwork, mammo, insurance information. The constant emails prior to our first telehealth was pretty impressive. Kiesha wanted to know what methods of HRT I tried and how long I was on the HRT. She was very understanding and supportive. I am beyond impressed with this facility and the constant care I am receiving.
