I wanted to be more productive and stop dieting to keep off the same 3-5lbs they kept ruining my week. It was important to me to have someone credentialed and licensed in HRT/menopause management.
I choose IgniteHealth, Kiesha Katsares and I cannot recommend her enough.

Kiesha did a comprehensive evaluation of me and then we put together my plan.

I am now happier, more rested, my dream weight and much more productive.

It is very strange not to have to diet anymore. I eat healthy, but now, I don’t restrict the cheese or the bread.
I am eating what I want, when I want.

So glad I reached out to Kiesha for help with my struggles with menopause. She has been supportive and informative. I put off screenings and exams that I shouldn't have. I cannot recommend Kiesha enough! Her rates are very reasonable, and the level of care she provides is exceptional. She has some of the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in a long time: kind, compassionate, attentive, and never makes you feel rushed.

One of the things I appreciate most is her accessibility. Whether through in-person visits or telehealth appointments, she makes getting care convenient and stress-free. If I ever have questions or need a refill, she’s incredibly responsive and always gets back to me within moments.

I am so grateful for Keisha!  After 8 years of trying to find answers to my health issues, she diagnosed the problem immediately.  Within the first month of treatment my symptoms were almost eliminated.  I wish I found Keisha sooner.  I wasted so much time and money on doctors and treatments that did absolutely nothing.
