Why Women Deserve Better
After more than 30 years in healthcare, I saw too many women being told their symptoms were simply part of getting older or that there was nothing that could be done. I knew there had to be a better way.
I founded Ignite Health because I believe hormones play a vital role in a woman’s long-term health, quality of life, and healthy aging. Too many women are never told they have options or are left feeling dismissed when they ask for help. I wanted to create a practice where women feel heard, supported, and empowered with evidence-based information so they can make informed decisions about their health.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, my goal is not simply to prescribe hormones. It’s to partner with you, educate you, and develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your symptoms, medical history, goals, and preferences. Every woman is different, and I believe her care should be too.
