Ignite Health LLC offers direct primary care services. We will manage and treat chronic disease and provide support to help you sustain a healthy lifestyle to promote overall wellness.

Our direct primary care model provides cash-based telehealth services, eliminating the need to struggle with insurance hassles, co-pays and meeting deductibles. Our personalized approach to healthcare will allow you to spend quality time with your provider, allowing you to delve more into your healthcare concerns and needs.

Our direct primary care telehealth program provides the following:

• Annual preventative health screenings

• Chronic disease management

• Sick visits

• Nutrition and exercise plan

• Unlimited same day or next day appointments

• Patient portal access for direct messaging with provider

• Coordination of specialty care

• Lab and diagnostic testing and interpretation (billed to insurance)

• Medication management

• Routine follow-up care as needed

Initial enrollment fee to include a new patient visit is $150, followed by recurrent payments of $99 per month.
